On Tuesdays during the summer, the Drummond Island Library has a kids program of reading and a craft, so when we are up there, We take Isabelle so that she can spend some time with kids and enjoy something just for her. My parents have friends on the island whose daughter and grand daughter also live there. I am a few months older than their daughter and Isabelle is a few months older than her daughter. Anyhow, one Tuesday after the kids program, we took the 2 girls to the beach. They had a wonderful time together and got along great!!!! They buried each other in the sand and swam a bit, they also made sand castles and found treasures. We went to the dry goods store on the island and got Isabelle a floaty ring and they just happened to match. It was cute. They call it the dry goods store because the grocery and hardware are all named Sune's too.
